Overview

Peptide lyophilized powder is produced through a controlled freeze-drying process designed to preserve molecular stability, potency, and long-term integrity. This formulation provides optimal storage conditions and ensures peptides maintain their structural fidelity until reconstitution.

Manufacturing Process

Lyophilization (freeze-drying) consists of three critical stages:

1. Freezing – The peptide solution is rapidly cooled to form a solid matrix, stabilizing molecular conformation.
2. Primary Drying – Under reduced pressure, ice sublimates directly into vapor, removing free water without exposing the peptide to damaging heat.
3. Secondary Drying – Remaining bound moisture is removed, yielding an ultra-dry product with enhanced long-term stability.

Reconstitution Guidlines

• Reconstitute using sterile water for injection (SWFI) or an appropriate buffer.
• Allow to dissolve fully; swirl gently—do not shake vigorously.
• Use immediately or follow product-specific handling instructions.
